If you get a virus and wait too long before treatment it can kill you. Any virus should be treated straight away (but apparently not covid mmm…) So let’s not get the virus and let’s not get ill at all if possible.
As I wrote in a previous (fact-checked) article about good covid treatment a good immune system will fight off most if not all viruses. The basics of a good immune system are to get good sleep, exercise, drink lots of plain water, eat plenty of fruit and veg and avoid excess sugar and processed foods. For extra protection against viruses, including covid, many doctors use the following:
- Vitamin C 1000mg
- Vitamin D3 5000iu per day (oil capsules are more absorbent)
- Zinc 50mg per day (from 220mg zinc sulphate or zinc glutonate or zinc citrate)
- Quercetin 500mg per day (makes zinc anti-viral properties more potent)
If you get signs of virus, flu or flu-like illness
Immediately use these dosages:
100,000 units of vitamin A and 50,000 units of vitamin D3 per day for four days, along with 1,000 milligrams of vitamin C per hour during waking hours until symptoms recede.
Dr Brownstein has used this method for decades and patients get better in 24 hours. Dr Brownstein has also used the method alongside nebulized hydrogen peroxide and iodine on over 230 covid patients and all have recovered.
The good covid treatment article mentioned above also gives the tried and tested home-based treatments recommended by many top doctors for the various stages of covid-19, so please read it. It also presents the rationale, facts and sources that have led to the treatment being used in many countries around the world.
Also on Gud One, there is further insight about supplements and drugs used in this early covid treatment article. You may also want to check out how the World Health Organisation has recently turned the definition of herd immunity upside down. And, by the way, I do not subscribe to conspiracy theories but check all the evidence because belief is a very dangerous thing and we all need to know for sure if we are to stay sane and live a happy balanced life. Disclaimer: Advice given above derives from doctors but I myself am not a doctor. So double-check stuff if you have doubts.
