Love letter

There is a beautiful feeling inside that, when you experience it, brings fulfilment. Your desires are satisfied, you don’t need to go anywhere, or do anything else, because you have what you always wanted, right here, right now. It is such a profound feeling you may want to call it the Absolute or the Universal Life Force. It is so nourishing and healing you may want to call it Reiki or Chi. It is so far beyond understanding you may want to call it God or Nirvana. Some call it the Name, the Holy Name, the Soul, the Spirit, Allah, Jah, Krishna, Jesus Christ and more because religions have been founded from this Mystical experience.

And religions have been condemned and caused wars. Human beings have been killed in the name of religion. Why? Because people didn’t experience the essence that caused some great person to be revered, followed and a religion to form. A mind, opinion, idea or belief that does not know that magical feeling is very dangerous because instead of being the expression, servant or understanding of the ultimate power it thinks its cleverness, insight or genius is its own alone — it thinks there is nothing greater than human intellect or science.

Without feeling True Love we get caught up in emotions, love for one family over another or one country over another — leading to war after conflict afer fight after disagreement after “I know better than you” or “I’m right, you’re wrong” or “I’m white, you’re black” or “I’m straight, you’re gay” or “I deserve my wealth, you don’t” etc, etc. Real Peace is not the absence of war or noise or worries, it is True Love, Magic, the Infinite Within, Boundless Joy, Life Everlasting, Enlightenment and Self-Knowledge.

True Love is universal and unconditional in the true sense of the word. I love you, you love me, we both love everybody and we love this life, are thankful, grateful and consciously do our best and care for one other. So does that mean I am so wonderful that I float like a lotus pouring my kindness and generosity on everyone I see? I wish! That is my possibility but my reality is I’m very much like you, in fact I’m just like you — I have good and bad, right and wrong, love and hate, kindness and selfishness, appreciation and greed, dignity and cruelty, hope and despair, clarity and confusion within me. And I have choice.

When I am wise and conscious I choose the good stuff. When I am unconscious, the bad stuff drags me down. It’s not rocket science. It’s something we all have, all the time. When we feel that beautiful feeling inside, it is easy to make the right choices. When we don’t, we must take care and choose wisely. Practice makes perfect and we can make a habit of choosing wisely. But in this extremely complicated world, that can be hard to do. So the struggle continues as long as we breathe, we’ll have good days and bad days, but the more we thirst for re-ligio with … (means re-uniting with …) the Pure Simple Awesome Feeling we can fulfil Life’s Purpose For Us.
